The first step of any project is figuring out what you are setting out to do. We do this by identifying project objectives and turning those into actionable project scope.
Experience is an asset when filtering objectives into a project scope. A clear, comprehensible scope is critical for communicating your project goals to designers and builders as you move forward. Getting this step right will save you time, money and frustration.
Concept
Development
Once your project scope is clear, it is time to begin developing a concept for the project you want to complete.
We can help interpret the ideas you have into a working concept including considerations for space planning, feasibility, and aesthetic preference.
A considerate concept is key to bringing your vision to life.
Specification and Details
The difference between an outstanding result and an average result is in the details. We specialize in thinking about the little details, material and decor choices that make a space special.
As the project moves into detailed design it is important to identify materials, fixtures, appliances and decor that will impact the design, construction and ultimately the end result.
